All rooms in the boutique hotel have new hardwood floors, beds, bedding, fixtures, and tech tables or tech lamps (Qi wireless charging capabilities) for customer convenience when staying at the inn.

The spirit and charm of  'Old Palm Springs meet 21st-Century amenities in the rooms and throughout the boutique hotel. Again, this is a slightly different color palette incorporated in each room giving it a Palm Springs vibe throughout the inn.

This double room includes a small kitchenette with an extra sink. It is one of two adjoining rooms on-site at the boutique hotel—an excellent fit for those traveling with families or a small group wanting flexibility when booking a room at the inn. 

All rooms include a mini fridge and microwave for added convenience.

The hotel for sale includes a pool which is licensed for 37 people inside and several more who wish to lounge outside of it and enjoy the Palm Springs sun during their stay at the boutique inn. The Inn has also hosted numerous "hotel buyouts" for reunions and micro weddings. 

All rooms have the same amenities. Coffee, espresso, filtered hot and cold water and ice are all available in the breezeway of the hotel which is accessible 24/7.
